By accessing this web portal and enrolling in our educational programs (including specialized cyber training tracks and multi-course pathways), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

All enrolled students and portal users must strictly adhere to institutional ethics:

• Do not use training materials, virtual labs, or walkthroughs to target, hack, or disrupt any third-party infrastructure without explicit written authorization.
• Respect Responsible Disclosure standards when practicing security research in live or simulated target environments.
• Students are solely responsible for their actions. Kian Technologies will not be held liable for legal consequences arising from unauthorized or malicious activity.

To maintain high academic standards and remain eligible for certification and exam validations across primary or add-on programs:

• 90% Attendance is compulsory across all scheduled modules, practical lab sessions, and internal assessments.
• Failure to maintain mandatory attendance may result in lab access suspension or delayed batch progression.

By registering for any training track or certification pathway at Kian Technologies, students strictly agree to the following financial terms:

• Non-Refundable Policy: Registration fees and subsequent installment payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• Multi-Course Financials: Financial terms apply independently or cumulatively across all primary and approved add-on course registrations.
• Installment Structure: Fees may be split into installment schedules payable over a maximum tenure of up to 6 months.
• Due Dates: Installments must be cleared on or before the due dates specified on official receipts.
• Immediate Fee Receipts: System-generated receipts are issued immediately upon payment processing.
• Course Modifications: Once registered, course cancellations or structural downgrades are strictly prohibited.

Special promotional bundles, discounts, and kit distributions follow strict timeline rules:

• Starter Kit Eligibility: Promotional Cyber Security Starter Kits are released strictly upon timely payment of due installments. Payment default voids kit eligibility.
• 3-Month Buffer Period: If a student defers joining active classes post-registration, a maximum 3-month buffer is permitted. The first installment must be paid immediately at the 3-month mark to retain applied fee discounts.
• Reservation of Rights: Operational rights regarding scholarships or schemes remain exclusively reserved by Kian Technologies.

Professional training and internship certificates are issued upon program wrap-up. However, certificates cannot be processed or issued until all pending financial dues and final course fees for the respective program are cleared.

All content, walkthroughs, videos, and custom lab materials provided are the intellectual property of Kian Technologies. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or public distribution is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate portal access and enrollment if a user is found involved in unethical hacking practices, plagiarism, payment defaults, or policy violations.
